PRE-ORDERS
All Products are available to ship unless it is a pre-order item. Pre-order products will be shipped by the date indicated on the product description page. Credit cards are charged at the time of the pre-order, subject to our usual fraud checks. Once available, these items will be handled and shipped from Italy with Express Shipping service. KOSTMAN cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping caused by circumstances beyond our control, but the customer will be promptly contacted by KOSTMAN Customer Care. If an order includes both available and pre-ordered items, at least two separate deliveries will be most likely made to the customer.

WHAT IS VAT?
VAT is Value Added Tax, which are the taxes paid on top of the value from the sale of products or services.
If you purchase from within the European Union the VAT is included in the price of our products. If you purchase from another country, you will have to pay this in the form of import duties. More below.

US Customers - orders under 800$ can be imported free of any import duties.

Australian Customers - orders under 1000AU$ can be imported free of any import duties.

UK Customers - orders under £135 can be imported free of any import duties.

NON-EU CUSTOMERS SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our shipments are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid), which means that the recipient of the shipment must take charge of any eventual import duties and taxes before or after receiving the international order(s). Import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies vary from country to country. It may be a good idea to contact your local customs office before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting. Please note that customers take full liability for any eventual customs charges even if they refuse to accept a parcel due to high import duties or taxes. If these payments are not met on delivery, the item doesn't clear customs or if the items is not withdrawn for any reason, the item will be sent back to KOSTMAN or destroyed, depending on local laws. Return import fees will be deducted from the refund.
Refund will not be given in cases in which the package has been destroyed or lost once sent back to KOSTMAN.

DELIVERY TIME AND COST
All orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days and shipped from Italy via DHL Express GO GREEN. However, at times such as during sale seasons, orders might suffer a slight delay due to the higher volume of orders being processed. In the case of a non-standard volume shipment, we reserve the right to contact The Client for payment of additional shipment costs that may arise. KOSTMAN will not be held responsible for any delay in shipment caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of KOSTMAN.

KOSTMAN will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by wrong or incomplete shipping data entered by The Customer (e.g wrong Postal Code).
Once orders are sent a change of delivery address will no longer be possible, please make sure to fill out a correct address when checking out.

We choose to ship our products via DHL GO GREEN shipment solutions. This means the products will travel with alternative vehicles, on optimized transport routes and pass through energy-efficient warehouses in order to ensure a reduction in CO2 emissions compared to conventional shipment methods. Orders received on a saturday, sunday, or holiday will be processed the following business day. We do not accept responsibility for carrier delays, or delays caused by holidays or natural disasters, delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

Once shipped, arrival time of packages may vary from country to country. Orders inside the European Union tyically take approximately 24 hours (working) to arrive (excluding the Italian Islands which may take 2-3 working days). Orders outside of the European Union take approximately 2-3 working days to arrive.

All shipments are accompanied with an official invoice with the exact declared value of each item in Euro (EUR).


ITALY
The prices shown on kostman.eu when shipping to Italy include import duties, custom fees and taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs.
